No blog for this month, as I couldn't type when it was type to publish. The video came out super choppy as I was recording on zoom, but the audio in fine. As is the theme this month, done is better than good. Find the perfection in the imperfection, and LOVE yourself through the whole damn thing!
Two oils came through this month. BELIEVE helps us anchor in the eye of the storm, and GRATITUDE helps push the circumference of that eye further out so you have more room to breathe. Be kind and gentle with yourself as we navigate these new energies. Don't let yourself get whipped around by the storm, but if you do, just gently bring yourself back, breathe, and be kind to yourself.
