This yoga nidra was originally recorded at my Welcoming 2026 ceremony. The theme that arose was anchoring a new grid within our bodies, as the earth anchors her own new grid. Neptune and Saturn both move into Aries at the beginning of 2026, which will mirror this same movement. Saturn (structure) and Neptune (the dream) are both making their way finally to the beginning of the zodiac, beginning a whole new cycle, as we also end a 9-year cycle and begin a new one. 
 
2026 holds the energy of The Magician and The Wheel of Fortune in the tarot. All these themes are included in this yoga nidra, as well as energy healing to help prepare us for this new energy.
