We are knee deep in dissolving the old and rebuilding the new, at the exact same time. Freedom is beckoning us, if we are willing to let go and release our own ego attachments to what we want, rather than receiving what is best for us.
 
Listening to the wisdom of the body in letting us know which is which is always present, but being asked for again and again as we transition out of a world that required us to submit to control for fear of survival, rather than listen to our own innate inner wisdom that guides us towards what is best for us individually, better than the outside world can ever do.
