This eclipse is holding the other side of the container from the last one eclipse, August 12. This is deep, alchemical territory that is calling us towards change. 
 
The relationship between the two eclipses is an identity death, some part of us that is outdated and actually holding us back. We are being called to the sobering task of looking directly at it and asking, what legacy do I actually want to leave here when I'm gone?
 
And I'm betting it isn't your to do list, your job, or some task you usually think is important or part of your worth and value. It's not. It's simply what you DO, not who you ARE. 
 
The parts of us that ache for witness are coming alive so we can truly see them, dream a new dream (Moon in Pisces), and clean up what no longer serves (Sun in Virgo). With Mercury and the South Node conjunct the Sun, verbalizing our old ways is part of the process here. And with the Moon conjunct the North Node, our emotions are activating our willingness to get there, our desire for something more meaningful that also supports collective evolution.
