This is an excellent chant for clearing ancestral karma and opening up your crown chakra. If you're new to chanting, this is NOT the one to start with, it's one to work up to. Any of the other chants below the crown is a better place to start. 
 
Being a longer chant, it calls upon commitment and dedication to see it through. Recommended to chant 108 times (one time around a set of mala beads) for 40 days. Once you get there, you won't want to stop!
