Big energy here as we have the second full moon in Capricorn in a row. This time we're breaking down internalized structures of shoulds and fear-based energy that keeps us on the hamster wheel of doing, and out of the ease of being.
 
It's suppose to be easy.
 
It's suppose to be joyful.
 
We're taught out of that as kids, get way too serious as we delve further and further into believing it, and then it becomes like breaking ourselves out of prison to unlearn it. This is what we're doing now.
